What makes these engines so revolutionary is BMW’s Ef cientDynamics mandate. For all its

daunting power, BMW’s TwinPower Turbo V- is incredibly fuel ef cient, owing to its unique

turbocharger construction and placement. Another contributing factor: the High Precision

direct injection regulates fuel usage so precisely that it actually lowers the vehicle’s emissions

by up to ﬁ  percent, meeting U.S. Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) limits.

STEPTRONIC automatic transmission.
