M Sport Package:

The M Sport Package heightens the athletic character of any 5 Series Sedan. Outside – below the sporty shadowline trim – the larger, attention-

grabbing BMW alloy wheels with performance tires

and an Aero dynamic package give a more aggressive look and enhance performance. Inside,

you’re perfectly positioned in 20-way power multi-contour front seats with lumbar support. Other distinctive M Sport interior features include

a 3-spoke, leather-wrapped multi-function M sport steering wheel; sporty Anthracite headliner; polished aluminum M footrest; door-sill strips

embellished with the BMW M logo and polished chrome inserts; and the choice of Pentan Aluminum interior trim. In the 528i, 535i and 550i

Sedans, retuned sport suspension calibration and Active Roll Stabilization (ARS) deliver a track-bred feel and enhanced stability. And distinctive

dual exhaust tips are unique to the 550i, underscoring its sporting nature.

Due to low-profile tires, please note: wheels, tires and sus pension parts are more susceptible to road hazard and consequen tial damages.

Performance tires not recommended for driving in ice and snow. Spare is a space-saver wheel and tire.

Equipment

Multi-function M sport steering wheel

provides excellent grip, with its thicker, leather-

wrapped rim and pronounced thumb profile.

When equipped with Sport Automatic trans-

mission and M Sport Package, the 535i and

550i include wheel-mounted paddle shifters.

M footrest provides a firm grip in wet weather,

while the polished aluminum face adds to the

interior’s sporty good looks.

M Sport manual gear shift lever is covered

in leather with a chrome ring at the base, and

displays the M logo.

20-way power multi-contour front seats provide optimum lateral support during tight cornering, while remaining exceptionally comfortable when

driving over long distances. In addition to Active Head Restraints, the seats offer individual power adjustment for backrest and seat-bottom angle;

forward/backward and up/down position; thigh, upper back and lumbar support; and adjustable sides.
